The amenities impressed me. The style, cleanliness, food, and service were all great. We received a friendly greeting from the staff upon arrival and they gave us needed information. I also appreciated the decor and attention to architectural detail (it was both stylish and comfortable).
The limited room service menu was a slight inconvenience. The options for main courses and desserts were fewer than expected. I missed having ice cream available at the hotel.

The breakfast buffet included various Western breakfast options and Thai dishes. Lido is a restaurant that serves authentic Italian cuisine. I thought it could compete with restaurants in New York or Italy.

The room had a king-size bed and included a sofa. The room had no writing desk, but there was adequate space. The ceiling had a ventilator but its noise was quite subtle.

The hotel manager, Korn, ensured our stay was delightful and met all our needs. He arranged transportation back, staying with us until the van arrived. The spa offered what was perhaps the best massage I've ever had.
