mixed experience with some notable issues
limited menu chaotic service
i found some aspects of my stay disappointing. the limited room service menu was particularly frustrating (only a few main courses and two dessert options were available). there was no ice cream offered. also, the breakfast service felt chaotic, with many trainees present. the quality of some breakfast items was below expectations, like cheap sausages and frozen seafood.

fantastic stay!
helpful staff lasting impression
i found the staff helpful. i really appreciate the attention to detail, down to the birdsong. jenny, kik, pee, pawinee, and aof were particularly helpful, their professionalism left a lasting impression.
i noticed a limited selection in the room service menu. specifically, there was a lack of ice cream options. i believe adding more choices would enhance the experience.

wide selection cool breeze
The breakfast offered a wide selection of items. The chef prepared eggs and omelets very well. the coffee was excellent. Juice selection was great! the breakfast location is close to the sea, so guests eating outside enjoy a cool breeze.
The hotel is built on a large piece of land stretching to the sea. There is ample parking.

modern rooms excellent cocktails
i enjoyed the modern rooms with very nice furnishings. the location was superb with the beach very close offering easy access for swimming and showers. cocktails at the poolside area were excellent and available all day

nice facilities excellent service great location
the facilities were very nice and well kept. the staff provided excellent service, always attentive and helpful. the hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurants and shops. the room was super clean and cozy, with a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring.
I found the breakfast area to be quite crowded. It was difficult to find a table during peak hours.

Excellent Resort with Great Service
beautiful landscape quiet room professional service
I stayed for seven nights and enjoyed the landscape and the quiet, comfortable room. The hotel is super clean, and everything appears new. I found the design tasteful. There were many private seating areas facing the ocean. I really appreciated the professional, attentive customer service. Every staff member was respectful and acknowledged me with a smile.
The public areas like the pool bar and beach area, while well-designed and photogenic, seemed small relative to the hotel size. The pool was often crowded. This made relaxation difficult. I wish there was more space in these areas.

friendly staff clean facilities immaculate service
The amenities impressed me. The style, cleanliness, food, and service were all great. We received a friendly greeting from the staff upon arrival and they gave us needed information. I also appreciated the decor and attention to architectural detail (it was both stylish and comfortable).
